RETURN POLICY

Golf Revolution Co., Ltd. is pleased to offer product exchanges to customers subject to the following terms and conditions.

EXCHANGE PERIOD

Customers may request an exchange within fourteen (14) days from the date the product is received.

The Company reserves the right to reject any exchange request submitted after the specified period.

CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE

Products eligible for exchange must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused.
  • The product must be in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, packaging, accessories, and accompanying materials must be intact and complete.
  • Valid proof of purchase must be provided.

ELIGIBLE EXCHANGE CASES

Products may be exchanged under the following circumstances:

  • The customer received an incorrect model.
  • The customer received an incorrect color.
  • The customer received an incorrect size.
  • The product contains a manufacturing defect.
  • The product was damaged during shipping.

NON-EXCHANGEABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

The following products are not eligible for exchange or return:

  • Products that have been used.
  • Products purchased under special discount promotions.
  • Clearance Sale products.
  • Custom Order products.
  • Custom Fitting products.
  • Custom Shaft products.
  • Products damaged as a result of customer use, misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

REFUND POLICY

The Company does not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Customers may exchange an eligible product for another product of equal or greater value. If the replacement product has a higher value, the customer shall be responsible for paying the price difference.

SHIPPING COSTS

Where the exchange request results from an error attributable to the Company, the Company shall bear all shipping costs associated with the exchange.

For all other circumstances, the Company reserves the right to review and determine responsibility for shipping costs on a case-by-case basis.

EXCHANGE APPROVAL

The Company reserves the right to inspect and evaluate the condition of any product submitted for exchange before approving the request.

The Company's decision regarding the eligibility of a product for exchange shall be final and binding.
