Shipping Policy

Golf Revolution is committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Orders will be processed and shipped within 1–5 business days, depending on the delivery area, covering all 77 provinces across Thailand.

The shipping timeframe begins once your payment has been successfully completed and your order has been confirmed via email and/or telephone.

 

Shipping Carrier

We ship all orders via KEX Express Thailand.

  • Delivery to destinations outside Bangkok generally takes 2–4 business days.
  • On the day of delivery, a KEX Express representative may contact you using the phone number provided during checkout to arrange delivery.
  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
  • Deliveries are not available on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, or official government holidays.
  • Orders placed from Monday to Thursday are processed with a daily order cut-off time of 11:59 PM (GMT+7).

Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping on orders of THB 3,000 or more (per order).
  • Orders below THB 3,000 are subject to a THB 100 shipping fee.

Golf Revolution reserves the right to modify shipping fees and conditions without prior notice.

 

Additional Shipping Information

1.       Shipping is available within Thailand only.

2.       Deliveries to the three southern border provinces (Yala, Pattani, and Narathiwat) and island destinations may require additional transit time depending on local conditions. Delivery schedules will be arranged accordingly.

3.       Delivery times are estimates only and depend on the shipping carrier. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and official government holidays. Delivery may be delayed during peak seasons or holidays.

4.       Orders are processed and shipped according to the order sequence.

5.       Golf Revolution shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

o   Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

o   Changes to the delivery address after the order has been placed

o   Unsuccessful delivery attempts due to the recipient's unavailability

o   Force majeure or other unforeseen events

6.       Golf Revolution reserves the right to amend these shipping terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
